Documentation on key binding for Slurp Forward on Windows seems to be wrong

Hi,

on https://calva.io/paredit/#editing it says Slurp Forward on Windows has the key binding ctrl+alt+right.
This seems to be wrong as I have the default key bindings and ctrl+alt+. works for me.

I would guess the key binding documentation for Slurp Forward should be changed from

ctrl+alt+right (mac/win)
ctrl+alt+. (linux)

to

ctrl+alt+. (win/linux)
ctrl+alt+right (mac)

Just guessing here as I cannot test on Mac or Linux.

The same goes for Barf Forward
