Describe the bug

Hi,
I am trying to edit the current resources but I cannot see the edit icon (please attached screenshot), I only can see the download icon. Please if you can help me to add the edit icon to modify my observations it would be great! Thank you.
PD: I am using the account from which the data was uploaded: "Rodrigo Vargas"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://data.ecosis.org/dataset/hyperspectral-data-for-measuring-vegetation-nutrients-and-canopy-photosynthesis-in-a-salt-marsh'
  2. Click on 'Manage Dataset'
  3. Scroll down to 'Current Resources and "push it"'
  4. Then see that is not available the "edit icon" for every source

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I would like to see and use the edit icon for every source

This issue is actually for: https://github.com/CSTARS/ckanext-ecosis, will track here as GitHub doesn't seem to let me want to transfer cross org.
