unable to "cancel DOI request"

I clicked the "cancel DOI request" button but the request couldn't be cancelled. See screenshot attached.

I was able to replicate this error using the following steps:

• Create a test dataset with fields missing for requesting a DOI
• Publish it to search
• Add fields required for requesting a DOI
• Publish changes to search
• Click 'Cancel DOI Request'

The button is clickable but does not cancel the DOI request and displays the following message seen in the screenshot:
