[Question and/or Feature Request][Catch Filter Fantasia] Can't get filter to do what I want

Not sure if this is a bug, if I'm doin somethin wrong, or if this is intended. I want to have the filter set to catch all with pokeballs, shinies with great balls, but then rarer pokemon such as roaming ones set to ultras. Problem is whenever I search for specific pokemon all the settings get overridden by whatever pokemon the search pulls up. So if I want to use the filter how I want, I'd have to avoid using the search feature all together, but the list is way too massive for that to be practical and convenient. Maybe I'm just doin somethin wrong, I dunno. But maybe next to spot where you can select the pokeballs there's two options to either set that pokemon's settings to all and the other for just whatever is searched up. If it's somethin I'm doin wrong please help, thank you.
