Cleanup printing for UnionAll in requirements

To get the tests to pass, we did a little workaround for printing UnionAll types in requirements_printing line 56. For example, we didn't remove the module name, and we're not sure what will happen if you specify one parameter but not the others (e.g. POMDP{Int}). This should be cleaned up.
