          will the protocol version be increased? if so, we wouldn't have an OrderInstructions message with 1.0 would we?

Where is this codified in the spec? I see a Version: Draft under the Status section, but I also see this Note:

Note

This specification will continue to be in a Draft state until there are two separate PFIs deployed and providing liquidity to individuals or other institutions
