Palettes are sometimes empty for one-color images

I've noticed an issue where sometimes images that only have one color generates an empty (or almost empty) Palette.
For example:

  • empty palette

• https://images.genius.com/1b50c118dc7e3b3f3a70e815bdbf05c0.1000x1000x1.png

  • only returns Muted swatch (rgb 116, 84, 148)

I have the same issue too

Good news: The first empty pallete is now resolved as-of v4. However, the Purple image:

Still only returns Muted. Marking as a bug and may try to revisit, but IDK a simple fix, admittedly
