[Bug] estimate_partition_size does not have a default value

What's Wrong?

create table with auto buckets ,if not set property "estimate_partition_size“，table will be set 10 buckets， this is inconsistent with docs with "estimate_partition_size“ default value 10G.

What You Expected?

estimate_partition_size has a default value ,and user can modify the value in fe configurations
