This tutorial seems to encourage users to create Microsoft. tools and to upload them to NuGet.org. That doesn't seem right.

Separately, I'm not really a fan of the sample. The text is very blocky (and doesn't use multi-line string literals). I used to use this same sample, but gave up on it. I'd much rather we used a sample that taught the user something about the product, like how to print the .NET or OS version.
