Metalama.Compiler, our Roslyn fork adding source transformers, is now open-source

We have just open-sourced Metalama.Compiler, a fork of Roslyn that adds source transformers as an extension point. We started this fork back in August 2020 with @svick and have maintained it since them. We now consider it stable as it already has almost 150K downloads at the time of writing.
