WPF Repo annual survey 2022

Hi folks,

This is to acknowledge the feedback we have received from our community in the annual survey we just concluded. First of all, thanks to all of you for taking out time and giving us your valuable feedback. This is helping set our future priorities.

We have provided triage rights to some of our most active contributors, and we have seen a lot of engagement from the group. While these changes have helped moved the community net satisfaction a few notches higher, we acknowledge the need for us to do more. WPF team is committed to address the pain points faced by the community members. We have been working actively on automating the test infrastructure for WPF which would help us to merge community PRs faster.
