The screenshot says it all, but for those arriving here by search terms:

"Using latest version of Electron"

"Your application is using version 1.6.3 and the latest version released is 1.3.14"

Hi,
the problem is actual not solved. Here you see the latest version is 1.6.11. But Devtron say the latest is 1.7.4.

For the devtron team... it might be enough to just change the wording on this so it says something like "Using latest Stable Electron version"
