I was updating node_mods and seemed to get the same:
npm warn deprecated [email protected]: Package no longer supported. Contact Support at https://www.npmjs.com/support for more info.

use npm install electron@latest

That won't work. The global-agent package has not been patched to remove usage of the boolean package yet as per the upstream issue.

Installing version 33.3.0 worked for me.
