Chart of Accounts tooltip does not disappear

Information about bug

I scrolled over Chart of Accounts from the Home main menu and the tooltip appeared. I clicked Chart of Accounts, but I received a permissions error that did not allow me to enter Chart of Accounts. I went to the awesome bar and typed in Chart of Accounts, and that let me view the Chart of Accounts. However, the tooltip never disappeared.
