Description of the issue

After completing a course, the main page accurately displays "100% completed." However, when reopening the course, the progress inside the course detail view incorrectly shows "0% completed," which creates confusion for users. This issue resolves itself after refreshing the page, and the correct progress is displayed.

Similarly, when switching from mobile view to desktop view, the sidebar menu displays incorrect items. Refreshing the page again resolves the issue and updates the menu to display the correct items.

This behavior extends to other components across the site, forcing users to refresh the page frequently to see accurate data, which disrupts the user experience and workflow.
