Hi
If I create an issue without assignee in project A (default assignee NOT set) and change the project to project B (default assigne IS set) the issue is not assigned.
Is this a bug or a feature?
maybe you' like to implement this

Could you describe the scenario step by step? It would make it easier to pinpoint the exact behaviour we want. Thanks :)

Of course, I'll try to:
I have two projects, projectA and projectB
projectA has no default-assignee, projectB has a default-assignee "Mr.B".
I create an issue in projectA, do not set an assignee manually, and save it in projectA
in a second step, I change the project of this issue (not assigned to anyone) to projectB, and save it.
the issue is now located in projectB, but there's no assignee set. I would expect it to be assigned to "Mr.B".
