improve: testing workflow

The testing workflow after a bugfix is complicated at the moment.

You have to check out all the websites, add the local gh-pages link of css files in your minified files and deploy them on the dev stages. We need to make this more simple and efficient.

Also every PR to the css-framework needs to be checked in 48 hours or at least replied to it. Including the whole "check all websites" process.
