Version Used for Q4 2017 Scaling Run

This version was used for a large run in December 2017. It includes many features added since the previous tag, including improved timing counters, use of PySM for on-the-fly bandpass integration, and support for multi-site scheduling of ground observations.

Major rewrite of internals in C++

This release changes the build system to autotools and moves many core math operations into compiled code.

Improved RNG stream indexing

This release includes an improved mechanism for assigning the RNG state used in noise simulations. For datasets with multiple observations, this ensures that a particular observation has reproducible timestreams regardless of which process group was assigned the observation.

Noise Generation Fixed

This tag includes the critical fix for #68

This tag marks a stable point in development where we are very confident in the noise model generation, sampling, and timestream creation. This also represents a stable point in the build system (using setuptools) prior to large changes in the way that our compiled code is built.
