I'm really glad you're reading this, because we need volunteers to help this project come to fruition 👍
Note than contributing does not necessarily mean coding, you can also:
- spread the word about JJazzLab
- submit bug reports or feature requests
- improve the docs
- create html or video tutorials
Unsure where to begin contributing with code? Go to the JJazzLab Issues page and start by looking through the issues marked as good first issue.
This code of conduct applies to JJazzLab contributors and community members. Our community is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
We do not tolerate harassment of community members in any form.
Be careful in the words that you choose. Remember that sexist, racist, and other exclusionary jokes can be offensive to those around you.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Community members violating these rules may be sanctioned or removed from community spaces. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please get in touch at [email protected].
Ensure the bug was not already reported by searching the JJazzLab Issues.
If you're unable to find an open issue addressing the problem, open a new one. Be sure to include a title and clear description, as much relevant information as possible in order to reproduce the unexpected behaviour.
- Open a new GitHub pull request with the patch.
- Ensure the PR description clearly describes the problem and solution. Include the relevant issue number (#xxx) if applicable.
