The following situation:
I recorded an episode of "Bob's Burgers" on TV, then cut out the commercials and transcoded it. Because the framerate is different and because the commercial breaks added a slight offset, subtitles from the internet are always out of sync.
I tried to synchronize the subtitles with alass but doesn't seem to work. There are always subtitles with negative timings and except for one portion of the video, the subtitles don't match.
I tried countless '--split-penalty's and '--disable-fps-guessing' but it didn't help. I attached an example srt subtitles (as .txt because github's restrictions), maybe that's helpful:
Thanks for your help, that's really kind of you :)
The problem is, my video file isn't from Disney+ or Usenet or anything, it's a TV recording where I manually removed the commercials, subtitles from Disney+ will be desynchronized, so I thought Alass could fix that.
Good day!

I have no idea what could cause the problem, help would be appreciated.
I can send you the video and the unsynchronized subtitles too if you need them.
