PromptFlow deployment: Created on and Updated on are the same

Describe the bug
In ai.azure.com. When you re-deploy a PromptFlow to an existing deployment, then that deployment's Updated on is the same as the Created on, it never changes.

How To Reproduce the bug
Create a new Prompt Flow and deploy it. Note the date time on the Deployment (in ai.azure.com). Then deploy it again a bit later and the Updated on remains unchanged.

Expected behavior
I would expect the Updated on to reflect the correct value.

Screenshots
I just re-deployed my Prompt Flow on the 26th November. The status went from "Updating" to "Succeeded".
