Pulley menus blocked if text is selected

Describe the bug
On SFOS if I select text (e.g. to copy to clipboard) and directly tap the menu mode button Seabass will switch to menu mode with the animated hint to the top and bottom pulley menus but both pulley menus won’t work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a text file
2. Select some text by a long tap on it
3. Activate menu mode by tapping on the corresponding button
4. Try to see pulley menus by swiping up and down, it won’t work

Expected behavior
Pulley menus should be functional regardless of text has been selected before or not.
