No support for .net Framework 4.8 - no ext6ension Classes exist for System.Drawing.Bitmap in WPF Project
No extension exists for System.Drawing.Bitmap using :
SkiaSharp.Views.Desktop.Common
RuntimeVersion v4.0.30319
Version 3.116.0.0

Ran into similar issue... Outdated Documentation. Works on 2.x but not 3.x. There is no documentation for 3.x. the ToBitmap lines work fine on old version but not so much 3.x. I ended up staying on 2.88.9 for the time being due to the issue and hoping they update the documentation or provide workarounds for breaking changes
