This is just an introduction presenting general goals; the real definition should be the instruments we would use

Have we agreed on what defines end-user satisfaction and how it's measurable?

That's something we haven't started yet but is something that we should do for sure
As discussed in #2 these are the proposed goals for the Collab Space, please check them and let me know if something else needs to be added, tweaked or removed
