项目里太多的 Property 'value' does not exist on type 'boolean'.

项目用到的技术栈：electron + vue3 + typescript

但发觉不管怎么修改eslint和tsconfig.json文件。在编译或者构建的时候，总会进行ts的类型检验，只要一条报错，就不能往下进行。有遇到这种情况的没？怎么解决？

有这个错误说明你的代码有运行时错误的风险，你应该找到这样错误调用的场景，对实现或者类型进行修复，而不是去改 linter 规则。

问题是，这些代码，其它同事跑的时候，并就没有报错。

我这样的使用方式没问题吧？它照样给我报错：Property 'value' does not exist on type 'boolean'.
