`shortcuts!` #619

really small scale, but I miss shortcuts when they're not present. suggestions:

cmd-[ and cmd-] for page back and page forward
cmd-, for settings (eventually)
cmd-/ for keyboard shortcuts display
probably a chord for update-all; cmd-shift-a?
probably something simple cmd-(1,2,3,4,5,6,7?) for swapping main sections
alt(-shift)?-up/down likely useful for switching sections too

possibly the first ones to be implement are cmd-/, next,prev,

the rest no idea where to connect them atm
