Picklist+ColorPicker: ColorPicker does not work when used inside a Picklist when Ripple is activated

Describe the bug

When using the ColorPicker inside a Picklist and ripple activated, the overlay picker is not displayed

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open reproducer
2. Click on ColorPicker
3. It does not show picker overlay
4. Repeat process for ripple set to false -> it works as expected

Expected behavior

Picker overlay should be displayed independently whether ripple is true or false.
