【需求】左侧导航栏排序，是否可以增加一个新增目录自由移动排序的功能 #267

现在只能按照名称、序号、时间排序，能不能增加一个功能，可以自由拖动文件夹排序？
不然太麻烦了。
加一个类似于MyBase的文件目录排序，我感觉挺好

yn 是基于文件的，目前没有数据库辅助，这个功能不太容易实现
