Keynotes and Speaker information on the website

Last year we had a nice view for Speakers.
After the migration to hugo we need to adapt it into shortcodes and a new page so we can have something similar for posterity
Here's a picture and the HTML from the 2023 version (that can be found while switching to the 2023 branch and then generating the pages)
