Describe the bug

I am seeing more and more issues with errors in coding that is not being fixed. Bolt offers a solution, which does not fix the issue, but then offers the same previous fix/code and basically goes in circles burning through tokens.

Validations

  • Please make your project public or accessible by URL. This will allow anyone trying to help you to easily reproduce the issue and provide assistance.

Steps to reproduce

Launch, upload SRT files to translate, it hangs.
When Bolt offers a solution it basically goes in circles. (most of the time it is offering to just change the openai model through each model saying the current is not a real model.. .which is completely incorrect)

Expected behavior

It needs to have a solution and fix it, when the solution is not correct (which is fine), it should NEVER offer a solution previous and go in circles burning tokens.

Additional context

There needs to be a way to revert/refund tokens when we are spending 500k-1mil tokens on basic errors that Bolt is offering the same 2-3 solutions for (in circles)
