What problem are you facing?

If you type [] , [ ] , or - [ ] , you get a task list. I often use checklists and would like a text shortcut to make a checklist rather than a task list.

What's the solution you'd like to see in Notesnook?

Keep [] and [ ] as task list shortcuts. Make - [ ] the shortcut for a checklist. I.e. If you add [] or [ ] when you are at the beginning of a bullet block, convert that bullet to a check box, not a task list.

What alternatives have you considered?

The only alternative I know of is to click the checklist box in the editor bar.
