Problem With Vault

Hello i have error with vault.

first. i have some notes with password. and then i change the password. now all notes with password can open with new password except one note. i dont know, i cant open that note and i cant deleted.

so i try to clear vault but i have error "error wrong password" so i try with old password and get error too "chiphertext cannot be decrypt using that key" i try deleted vault but nothing happend. i try to change password again but error again.

now my notes have multiple password to open. example : Notes 1 can open with password 123.notes 2 can open with password 1234. other notes have other password.

Please fix the problem. thank you. i hope i can deleted vault or clear vault.
