Associated notebook title does not match on notes card

The associated notebook title on each card of note does not always match with the actual notebook title. Only the title is wrong. When check in property of the note, the associated notebook is correct.

Can you give an example of the issue? Is the title truncated at the end or the title is of a different notebook?
