Prestige Feature FS16
A lot of students use variously shared Dropbox folders to collaborate and exchange documents. I'd like to extend studentenportal to list these documents as well. Most of the Dropboxes in Question are already hierarchically structured by module, so we need a mapping of potential Module names to the "found" folder names. This Mapping should be editable by the users providing the Dropbox link when they are adding the link to studentenportal.
Once the integrator filled our database with the required information about the documents we need to check these data sets regularly to ensure our references are still valid.

Uh, that's a very tricky feature. How do you handle access permissions? What if the directory structure changes?
I'd rather list a contact e-mail and studiengang / year per share, so that students know whom to contact to get access. And then encourage people to upload the documents to the studentenportal. Otherwise they're lost after these students leave HSR.
Nobody will keep the mappings up to date. And people using Dropbox aren't aware that there are mappings in place that can break if they rename something.
