Implement progress bar component

We need a progress bar component similar to #139, but with the difference that instead of showing the progress as text with a spinner, we should use a bar. Everything else should remain the same:

• A completion message, success or error, when the progress is completed.
• An interactive and non-interactive version of the component.

I recommend using these as a reference.
