Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When trying to discover images, zarf does not have logic for finding ocirepo artifacts

Describe the behavior you'd like

  • Given zarf is looking at a OCIRepository manifest
  • When it has a .spec.ref.tag or .spec.ref.digest
  • Then add it to the zarf discovered images
