A marketplace to list and rent out your pets
PawRents is an application for pet owners and non-pet owners. Pet owners can list their pets on the platform for non-pet owners to rent.
Pet owner users can create an online profile, link images of their and specify pet availability. Pet renter users can view a marketplace of available pets to rent and select one to rent.
Currently in Alpha.
- Fork this repo and clone to local machine.
- Run
npm ito install dependencies. - Run
npm start dev. - Visit
localhost:8080.
Register an account by entering a username and password, and view our demo of pets and accounts.
When you login and begin to type into the search bar the pets with names containing the typed letters filter out in the marketplace.
Pet owners can add pets that you want to rent out adding details such as profile info such as name, breed, age, weight and bio. After the pet has been added it shows up in their "my pets" section in their account. The pet shows in the marketplace once a pet is added.
Additionally, thre is functionality for the pet renter. The pet renter can scroll over the photo and you can view a calendar to choose when you would like to rent the pet.
