Add `with_lock` options for individual methods and for batchUpdate() -- When `with_lock` is specified, create a callback algorithm (for updating the DB), and invoke the [=handle callback within a shared storage lock=] to handle the callback after lock is granted (, and when the callback is invoked, the lock should be auto released).
