@baronfel - FYI, I am updating DockerCredsProvider to address a vulnerable package reference to STJ 6.0.0 (CG alert).

@dotnet/product-construction @MichaelSimons Looks like VMR is now failing with a missing package:

src/sdk/src/Containers/containerize/containerize.csproj(0,0): error NU1102: Unable to find package Valleysoft.DockerCredsProvider with version (>= 2.2.4)

I have triggered the migrate-package pipeline to mirror the package to the appropriate feed. I will re-trigger CI once completed.
