This CVE is fixed in Express NES 3.21.5 according to HeroDevs (https://www.herodevs.com/vulnerability-directory/cve-2024-10491), but that is not open source. 4.0.0-rc1 was released at the same time as 3.x, but is not considered effected by this CVE. Therefore, would the fixed version not be 4.x?
