Overview as per requested changes from the initial benchmark by @joostlek

• docs-high-level-description via Improve initial section and supported devices for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36500 (from Record Plugwise Quality Scale #131888 (comment)) - Improved introduction tekst and restructured/reordered accordingly for improved approach (by aligning with comparable integrations)

Multiple docs related (from #131888 (comment))

• docs-use-cases - Rework actions section to use-cases and examples for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36518 - added through various sections and examples (and included gas explicitely)
• docs-supported-devices - Improve initial section and supported devices for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36500 - reworked this section for improved reading including the top section to exclude formerly sold USB (directly)
• docs-supported-functions - Address supported functionality section for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36515 - reworked by platform section for clear structure
• docs-data-update - Improve initial section and supported devices for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36500 - was already adjusted in earlier version, though reworked to include gas
• docs-known-limitations - Add troubleshooting and known limitations for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36504 added as a section, ingesting existing remarks and added new
• docs-troubleshooting - Add troubleshooting and known limitations for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36504 added as a section, ingesting existing
• docs-examples - Rework actions section to use-cases and examples for Plugwise home-assistant.io#36518 - the existing sample actions have been assigned to their respective platform sections, generally added more use-case directives

• docs-installation-parameters (from Record Plugwise Quality Scale #131888 (comment)) - implemented in Plugwise reorder and apply config suggestions home-assistant.io#36087
