The security team still regularly receive request to fill in Privacy documents.

Lay out some of those responses in a document.

See also jupyter/governance#152.

The "Check links" step is failing. The URL https://www.jupytercon.com is now displaying a "Website Expired" message. I recommend removing it from our docs. I know this wasn't primarily part of this pull request, but it's blocking the pipeline.

## Who can fill out my organization's data privacy information form on behalf of Project Jupyter?

Your organization may require software vendors to disclose required information

It is now passing as the domain was renewed.

this looks great! I think the only thing missing is where to link this from so that it is discover-able.

Do you think it makes sense to link it from Security, or About pages, or place it in the footer, or add it as an additional toplevel nav?

FYI the linkcheck and lighthouse were both fixed in master branch by #749

I think once merged we can discuss where, I would at least like to have a link I can send to by mail when we receive questions.

Best place imho for this would be in the footer, and yes we could link it from variosu security pages

Makes sense, merging away, then, and we can always iterate later if anything else comes up. <3
