EDGG sector changes AIRAC2413

Description

• changed boundaries for EDDR and EDFH to correctly display maximum coverage based on new sector priorities
• added boundary for new EDDK/EDDL TMA bandbox
• added boundary for SPESA holding sector

Motivation and Context

This change will ensure correct display of EDGG APP sectors with AIRAC2413 split overhaul.
